It's 6:30 in the morning and that picture made me want pizza now. Maybe really really crispy pizza could be classified as not bread?

Oh, Pax, we're Brothers in Starch. LOL. I can feel the lack of bloat after a week with no bread. I'm happy about that. I'm gonna see how long I can hold out. I feel about bread like Amy Winehouse feels about anything that comes in a pill bottle.
Good luck on South Beach...I did that one a few years ago and felt the best in my life.

So you are defining bread broadly. Now I am impressed. One of my good friends in college for Lent would give up soft serve ice cream, which was what was served in the dorm, but would eat the scoopable kind. I never saw that as much of a sacrifice. You however are Da Man

Frank, I dont know if you know but my daughter Grace is allergic to some serious things...Eggs, Dairy, Peanuts, ShellFish (stuff I love, especially cheeeeeeeessssseeeeeeeeee). It's funny though - when you set you mind to something - and get those small wins - and have people around you supporting you How you can achieve real change. Keep up the good work....throw a shrimp on the barbie if you get desperate...and think of sunny beaches in Australia

I remember you mentioning it, but it becomes clearer when you're not eating one of the things. Little change is good. Yep, I need to focus on the beaches of Australia...that will make me want to be in better shape. I wouldn't want Bindy Irwin to spearfish me accidentally thinking I was a whale.
