Start with the hernia - that will FORCE you to take some time off and watch those movies, write that book, refine your poker technique etc... See you can kill more than one bird with that one stone (plus I still have some really good drugs left over from my hernia surgery from last year).

Pax, I think that hernia thing is moving up in the list. LOL about the "advantage" of it...mines at my bellybutton (cringes) though...I hope I don't cough for a while.
